The Settled Bed is built around a solid memory-foam core that responds to weight and warmth, so pressure points disappear instead of build up. Older dogs sleep through the night again. Younger dogs with sensitive hips finally choose their bed over the cold tiles.

The problem

If your dog has started avoiding the bed they used to love — or stands at the edge of the room before lying down on the cold floor — they're not being difficult. They're telling you something.

Most dog beds use shredded fibre or polyester filling. After a few months, this filling clumps and flattens. What was a soft surface becomes a thin layer over a hard base. For dogs with stiff joints, sensitive hips or simply more years, this is the difference between sleep and a series of restless turns.

Why this works

The Settled Bed uses a solid memory-foam core — the same material recommended by physiotherapists for human pressure-relief mattresses. Memory foam responds to body heat and weight, so the surface contours to the dog and the spine stays neutral.

The cover is removable and machine-washable at 30°. The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it has been tested for over 350 harmful substances. The base is non-slip — no skidding when an older dog stands or lies down. Available in Cream, Stone and Sage to fit any room.

Will my dog actually use it?

We've not yet met a dog who turned down a memory-foam bed once they laid on it once. If your dog refuses after 30 days, we refund you in full and you keep the bed.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. Remove the zipped cover and machine-wash at 30°. The foam core stays dry inside its waterproof inner liner. Dries in 4–6 hours.

What size for my dog?

Size M (90×60 cm) suits small to medium dogs up to 20 kg (Cocker Spaniel, Frenchie, Cavalier). Size L (110×75 cm) suits medium to large dogs up to 45 kg (Labrador, Golden Retriever, GSD, Boxer). For larger dogs, contact us before ordering.

Is memory foam safe?

Yes. Our memory foam is CertiPUR-EU certified — meaning no harmful flame retardants, no formaldehyde, low VOC emissions. Safe for dogs who chew toys, but not designed as a chew toy itself.

When will I receive it?

Free UK delivery in 5–7 working days. We ship from our European warehouse, fully duty-paid — no surprises at the door.
